With years of field experience serving the Gainesville area, William is now pursuing a degree to further expand his technical knowledge and professional expertise. His ultimate goal is to earn his Florida state licensure as a PSM, combining practical field experience with a robust education.

Zane is a surveying and mapping focused Geomatics major, currently working towards earning his bachelor’s degree and then his PSM licensure. In his hometown of Ocala, he worked for a local surveying firm for three years while pursuing his AA degree. In the long term, he wants to go back to school for a degree in civil engineering and open a company working both in CE and surveying.

Ashley studies Geomatics with a focus on Geospatial Analysis at UF, with a minor in Medical Geography and a Geographic Information Analysis certificate. After her bachelor’s degree, she wants to pursue further geospatial education in graduate studies. She currently works at the Ecosystem Services GeoAI Lab on campus.

Justin is a full-time faculty lecturer in the Geomatics Program at the University of Florida. He works with current faculty to help educate Geomatics students, investing in them to help teach and train them to be future surveyors in Florida, North America and the World.
